Integration overview

The Gong integration allows you to seamlessly bring Gong recorded calls into Clearskies. Once connected, Clearskies will begin syncing all future calls for current Clearskies users – with the option to import past calls.

With this integration, Clearskies can automatically suggest AI updates based on call insights, eliminating the need to manually fill in fields after meetings!

Adding Gong

Please note, you must be both a Clearskies Admin and a Gong Technical Admin to add and approve this integration.

This integration is company-wide and does not need to be enabled at the user-level.

  1. Navigate to Settings in the Clearskies homepage
  2. Select General from the left menu bar and Connect Gong

Import past calls

You can manually import past calls from Gong into Clearskies for existing Clearskies users. Each import is limited to 1,000 calls, and AI suggestions will not be generated for these imported calls. Any calls already recorded in Clearskies will be skipped.

To import past calls:

  1. Navigate to Settings in your Clearskies homepage
  2. Select General from the left menu bar
  3. In the Integrations section, find Gong and click Import past calls
  4. Choose a date range
  5. Click Import, it can take up to 10 minutes for the sync to complete

Imported your past calls? Great! Now you can backfill Salesforce fields with data from your Gong calls - saving hours of manual updates and ensuring your pipeline is complete and up to date in seconds.
